LEGAL & POLICY OVERVIEW

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ContinuLiving. By accessing or using our website, services, or related resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our website.

2. Website Purpose

This website is intended to provide general information and resources about senior living options, transition management, downsizing and move coordination, real estate services, and related topics for older adults, caregivers, and families.

3. No Professional Advice or Emergency Services

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. The website is not an emergency service. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation. If you have an emergency, call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.

4. Separate Service Agreements

Your use of the website (including inquiries, calls, and scheduling) does not create an advisory, transition-management, brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with ContinuLiving. Any paid or professional services are provided only under the applicable separate written agreement.

5. Senior Housing Advisory and Referral Compensation

ContinuLiving may receive a referral fee from participating senior living communities when a client selects and moves into a community. This compensation does not increase the amount the family pays the community for using ContinuLiving’s advisory service. The senior remains in control and is not required to select a participating community. Availability, pricing, care levels, services, licensing status, and suitability are controlled by each community and must be independently confirmed.

6. Senior Transition Management

Any senior transition management services are governed by a separate written agreement that describes scope, responsibilities, fees, vendors, and timing. Third-party movers, estate-sale providers, donation organizations, contractors, and other vendors remain independently responsible for their work.

7. Real Estate Services

Information on this website relating to real estate is provided for general informational purposes and is not an offer, guarantee, valuation, or the creation of a brokerage relationship. Brokerage services, if any, are provided only under an applicable written agreement by properly licensed professionals. Traditional listings and cash offers may involve different costs, timing, terms, and potential outcomes. You should review all transaction documents carefully and seek independent advice as appropriate. For specific license verification, broker details, and regulatory disclosures, please visit https://continuliving.com/licensing.

8. Communications Consent

When you submit your contact information or otherwise affirmatively consent, you consent to receive communications from ContinuLiving by phone, email, or text (SMS) regarding your inquiries and requests and, where permitted, marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. For more information about how we handle and protect personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful, legitimate purposes. You may not use the website to submit false inquiries, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, disrupt the normal operation or security of our online services, scrape or use automated tools in a way that is burdensome to the site, impersonate any person or entity, or infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property rights).

12. No Guarantees

ContinuLiving does not guarantee placement, availability, pricing, eligibility, benefits, sale timing, sale price, any cash offer, vendor outcomes, or any particular result.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its contents are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability
