The inception of ContinuLiving is a deeply personal story for our founder, Gavin Malm. In the spring of 2003, Gavin’s family experienced their first encounter with the complexities of senior care when his Grandpa Herb’s health suddenly declined. Years later, a similar journey with his grandmother, Lovie, underscored the need for specialized support in senior transitions. These experiences ignited in Gavin a passion to create a sanctuary for families navigating this pivotal phase, inspired by compassion and the desire to make a difference. ContinuLiving was born from this personal understanding and a commitment to being more than just a care provider.
