ContinuLiving grew from personal experience with the difficult decisions families face as an older loved one’s needs begin to change. Today, we help older adults and families navigate senior living, manage the transition, and address the home through one local team.

Whether a family is exploring senior living, preparing a longtime home for sale, coordinating a move, downsizing decades of belongings, or simply figuring out what comes next, they shouldn’t have to navigate it all alone.
That’s why we built ContinuLiving.
Senior living, real estate, moving, and transition planning are often treated as separate industries. But families experience them as parts of one life transition. ContinuLiving was built to bring those pieces together through one local team while keeping the older adult and family at the center of the decisions.
Through Senior Housing Advisory, Senior Transition Management, and Senior Real Estate Services, families can start with the help they need and add support as other needs arise.
