3. Make the Move: A Senior Transition Manager coordinates the move and helps make sure the transition follows the agreed plan.

4. Clear the Way: A Senior Transition Manager helps coordinate what happens with the belongings and property that remain, which may include estate sales, donations, and other appropriate solutions.

5. Sell the Home: A Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) can help you compare your property options, including a Traditional Listing or a Cash Offer.

ContinuLiving primarily serves the greater Albuquerque area, including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Corrales, Bosque Farms, and Los Lunas.

If you or the person you’re supporting is located elsewhere in New Mexico, contact us. Depending on the service needed and the circumstances, we may still be able to help or point you toward an appropriate resource.

There is no direct cost to you for ContinuLiving’s Senior Housing Advisory service.

ContinuLiving may receive a referral fee from participating senior living communities when a client chooses and moves into a community. That compensation does not increase the amount you pay the community for using ContinuLiving’s Senior Housing Advisory service.

You remain in control of the decision and are not required to choose a participating community.

The two options are designed for different priorities.

Traditional Listing: The property is offered for sale on the open market, exposing it to potential buyers. This path may be appropriate when broad market exposure is a priority and there is sufficient time to prepare, list, show, negotiate, and sell the property.

Cash Offer: ContinuLiving or one of our cash purchase partners may make an offer to purchase the property directly. This path may be appropriate when the property needs substantial work, timing or financial needs make a faster path important, or you simply prefer a more convenient sale with fewer steps.

A Cash Offer may involve a different financial outcome than a Traditional Listing. Your Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) can help you compare the options, including estimated proceeds, preparation needs, timing, costs, and transaction terms before you decide.

Neither option is automatically right for every property or situation. The goal is to help you understand the tradeoffs and choose the path that best fits your priorities.
